Q1. Can I use the MagEZ Battery Pack on MagEZ Slider 1 and 2?
A1. The MagEZ Battery Pack can be used with MagEZ Slider 1(st) and 2(nd)-gen docks.
Q2. What's the wireless charging speed of the power bank?
A2. When the power bank is in the charging dock, it will charge your phone at 5W. If you take the power bank out of the charging dock and snap it to your phone, it will charge at 7.5W.
Q3. What’s the sound when the power pack attaches to and detaches from the phone?
A3. Actually, that’s our design “dynamic magnets”, which means the magnets inside the device are not fixed. They will be attached only when the device detects magnetic forces. Through this design, the power pack safely charges phones, MagSafe or not. You will hear the mechanical sound the moment when the device attaches to your phone, which tells you that the device is well attached and aligned.

Good quality, I wish apple could figure out a way to not create so much heat with wireless chargers, I do like the generation of the pitaka charger that I have. I need to press the button to activate the charger. So I’m able to use it as a stand

To be honest, strongly satisfied with the quality and product. By present really comfortable, reliable to carry everywhere with me.
MagEZ Slider 2 has very flexible and versatile features. This is because it can be separated and carried with an auxiliary battery and can be applied to Apple Watch. However, consideration should be given to the rather high temperature that appears in the device. In particular, AirPods fixed with magnets have a feeling of heat during charging, but I think they are somewhat higher than expected, although they are not hot. What is regrettable is the speed and price of charging rather than heating. We hope that the next products will make efforts to reduce prices and improve charging speed.
