The case I got had an issue, I explained that in one of my reviews Pitaka reached out to help a few hours later. This is probably going to be the last case my phone ever has so much so that I returned my OtterBox.
Overall it's good, although it doesn't affect the use, the button feels not tight enough when pressed, and I hope the button feel is better.
As a full-coverage case, it is thinner than others. It feels comfortable in the hand.
The NFC function can only be used when the screen is unlocked, which is a pity, but it is indeed a good additional feature, and there is no additional price - compared with PITAKA's equally expensive iPhone case. Furthermore, I know it's a setting on the phone itself, so I don't blame PITAKA. Samsung Ultra users deserve it.
The design is very classic. It is a case that can be used for a long time.
If frame wasn't visible... case only for the jet black version of phone...
The top button was not as clicky as the other two, I contacted customer service and they sent me a new case. The button on the new case works great.
