good quality but too expensive
There is a noticeable gap on the side of the case with the Pinbutton, indicating that this part of the case does not fully enclose the phone. In contrast, the volume and power button side fits snugly. This seems to point to a manufacturing flaw.
Addendum: I commend your excellent customer service in resolving the above issue. I received the replacement pin button case at no charge, and it fits perfectly. I will certainly be a returning customer, Pitaka.
The case I got had an issue, I explained that in one of my reviews Pitaka reached out to help a few hours later. This is probably going to be the last case my phone ever has so much so that I returned my OtterBox.
It's great quality and the three NFC buttons are nearly universal, making it the best S25 Ultra case for me, despite its price tag.
But those hopes were shattered when I charged it on my Qi2 charger!
My other cases support 15w Qi2 fast charging, but the moment I slipped this one in and installed it on my charger, it only produced a very slow wireless charge.
From my research, it seems that the magnets are positioned a little differently than other cases that support fast charging, which is causing this issue, making this an expensive and useful product for me, but a very disappointing one.
Overall it's good, although it doesn't affect the use, the button feels not tight enough when pressed, and I hope the button feel is better.
