• The warranty does not cover damages resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, intentional acts, alterations, or cosmetic defects that do not impair functionality (including but not limited to scratches, stains, or fading of logos).

• This limited warranty covers only PITAKA products and won’t cover damage to any device or personal property. PITAKA and our authorized suppliers are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the third-party products used with our products (e.g., property damage or the third-party reduced product value).
  • Damage to devices used with our products (e.g. phones, tablets, laptops, wearable devices, bank cards) or loss of data stored on them.

  Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. This applies to all claims, including, without limitation, all damages referenced herein and all direct or general damages.

• The warranty is non-transferable and only covers the original end-user purchaser. PITAKA will only authorize the warranty claim if the product was purchased from PITAKA's official online store (Amazon/official website). Products purchased from other retailers or sellers are not covered by this warranty, so please contact the store where you purchased the product for any defects.
• Valid proof of purchase (original order number or email address associated with the transaction) is required for warranty coverage. Products without verification are excluded.
• Free gifts are not for resale and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Free gifts are provided on an "as is" basis (with its present look or condition) without further warranty. These include but are not limited to, lost, misplaced, destroyed, or stolen free gifts once they are claimed. These gifts are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
